Homeopathy is a holistic and complementary modality, not a replacement for medical care. Homeopathy and nervous system tools are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not offer emergency medical services. If you experience a medical emergency, you should call 000 or visit your nearest emergency department. If you think you may be suffering from a medical condition you should seek immediate medical attention. We encourage clients to continue care with their general practitioner or specialist and disclose all treatments to their healthcare team.
Limitation of Liability
While homeopathy has supported many in their healing journeys, outcomes can vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. By using our services, you agree that Kyndred Wellness is not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes related to consultations, remedies, or the use of this website.

All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Kyndred Wellness and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
Bookings and Payments
Appointments can be booked online at any available time slot. Payment is required at the time of booking, and all transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment systems such as Squarespace Payments or Shopify. We do not store your payment information.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. Children may be treated with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must make the booking and attend the appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to loss of 50% of the fee or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Deposits made for multi-session packages are also non-refundable in relation to the above.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout base on your chosen service and location. We periodically offer promotions, including free shipping on orders over a certain amount — please refer to our website for current offers.
International Shipping
Unfortunately at present, Kyndred Wellness only ships Australia wide and to New Zealand. This in part has to do with current restrictions with shipping to the USA and parts of Canada. Free shipping as advertised in our packages only applies to clients based in Australia. Clients outside Australia who book a consult will be liable to pay for shipping costs invoiced after our consultation.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Please recognise that once we have shipped your order, the postage company accepting it is in charge and responsible for its safe delivery. You can keep an eye on packages with shipping tracking information. Kyndred Wellness is not liable for parcels that are missing or delivered to the wrong location. You will have to take this up with the courier directly. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photos of the issue and we will assist you accordingly. If damage has occured during processing and handling you should be covered by insurance through Australia Post.
Processing and Dispatch
We offer both standard and express post where available both New Zealand and Australia wide. Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Once dispatched you will receive an email with tracking to monitor your parcels journey. Please note that processing times may extend during peak periods or public holidays. Standard delivery is typically 2-6 business days depending on your location. Express shipping generally ensures next business day delivery within the Express Post network. Regional areas may differ from above.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not refund change of mind purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused with its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us atkyndredwellness@gmail.com and we can send return address and details. If your return is accepted you will be sent a return shipping label as well as instructions on your next steps. We are not a bricks and mortar store so cannot accept exchanges due to change of mind however if you live local to the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane we are happy to swap your remedy purchase to another available option provided we have it in stock and original purchase item is returned undamaged or opened. Refunds cannot be given to opened products.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there are any damaged items or issues with your package. We will evaluate this and do what we can to make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned such as custom products, personal care goods or hazardous or flammable items. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items or gift cards.
